Urban Routes

Recommendations for a Good Walk:

Besides the exams that assure a safer evaluation, people should consider some fundamental principles in a walk, such as:

    1. start slowly, enjoy what is around you and, gradually, establish your rhythm;
    2. use confortable footwear, already used to the foot;
    3. use appropriate clothes to the activity and to the weather.

Advisable Exercises:

    1. Stretch an arm over the head, keep the hips firm and lay your shoulders from one side to the other during 10 seconds;
    2. Put your hand against the wall, keep you straight and put the knee against your chest during 10 seconds. Repeat with the other leg;
    3. Put your two hands against the wall, flex a leg and stretch the other during 10 seconds. Repeat with the other leg;
    4. Put your left foot leaned on your coccyx keeping your knee on the ground direction during 10 seconds. Repeat with the right foot and with the right hand.

Repeat each one of this movements 12 times before and after your walk.
